FOUNDER & VISIONARY

As a personal injury attorney, I am passionate about what I do and deeply aspire to help others. My career allows me to be a Warrior for Justice for those in need, using the law to fight for their rights and ensure they receive the justice they deserve. This passion for helping others stems from my experiences and a strong sense of justice that drives me daily.I am grateful for the many rewards that come with being a lawyer, including the prestige, and freedom it provides. However, what I cherish most is the satisfaction of knowing that I can make a positive impact on someone’s life. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new destinations, and immersing myself in different cultures. I am always looking for new experiences and ways to grow professionally and personally.

ELIZABETH SEEMANN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

As a child of Irish Catholic parents and one of six siblings, I was raised to value hard work, a trait instilled in me by both of my working parents, a teacher, and an attorney. From a young age, I knew I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps and become a lawyer. Since graduating in 2011, I have been representing disabled individuals in front of the Social Security Administration and advocating for their rights and benefits. What drives me every day is the knowledge of my clients’ struggles and the satisfaction of being able to help them in their time of need. Representing people with disabilities is my passion. In my personal life, I am happily married with two children and enjoy spending time with my family exploring new places, hiking, kayaking, and skiing. I hope to instill in my children the values of respect, responsibility, and love that were taught to me by my parents.

As a West Palm Beach personal injury attorney, I have a deep passion for helping people who have suffered injustice. My experiences with clients who have been affected by circumstances beyond their control have driven me to become a lawyer and use my skills, knowledge, and empathy to fight for their rights. As a tenacious person, I bring that same drive to my work as a Warriors for Justice. My background in several areas of law, combined with my love for learning and reading about scientific evidence, makes me well-suited for our chief legal officer position. I am also deeply committed to giving back to the community. I serve on several boards, including FAWL and PACE Center for Girls, and use my time and resources to help those in need. When I’m not working, my husband and three children are my top priority and source of joy. I love live music, traveling, and indulging in good food.

James was searching for equipment for painting at Home Depot. In the aisle next to him, there was a worker on a lift stocking the highest shelf. The worker pushed boxes so far across the shelf that they fell off the other edge and hit James in the head. The force almost knocked James unconscious. He sat down and the loud bang got the worker off the ladder to see what fell. When they saw James they offered him a bucket and made a report. James did not recall leaving the store or how he got home. He did not recall much except being at home depot and getting hit in the head. Home Depot told him that it was a small box of dust masks that hurt him. We discovered it was actually a large box of emergency kits that fell off the shelf.
