“Others may be smarter, faster or stronger,
but I will fight till I win.”

I love what I do. I’m passionate about it. There are loads of reasons why I love practicing law:

  • I like to Fight
  • I like to Win
  • I like to Help People

I have always wanted to be the chivalrous knight hero who saves people. As a personal injury attorney, I get to do that in this field.

I decided I wanted to be a lawyer back in high school, when I fought a traffic ticket and won. The judge brought me back into their offices and told me that my cross-examination of the officer was the best she had seen in weeks, and that included all the lawyers. She told me to be a trial lawyer, and I wanted it from that day forward.

Being a Warrior for Justice really suits my personality. I like knowing stuff other people do not know. I like the prestige. I like the money. I like the freedom it gives me. I like the fact that I can use the law to help my clients win and push back against big bullies. I hate bullies. I was bullied and I LOVE PUNCHING BULLIES BACK. And anyone who knows me will tell you, I always fight to win.

On the personal side, I love spending time with my wife and our three kids, who are all grown. I love boating, drinking, socializing with friends, and traveling. I love politics and history. I love the feeling of being in nature and I love the sensation of being dipped in culture, my own and foreign. I am great at adapting and enjoy immersing myself in whatever I’m doing.

Let’s work together to get you the justice and positive outcome you deserve.

James was searching for equipment for painting at Home Depot. In the aisle next to him, there was a worker on a lift stocking the highest shelf. The worker pushed boxes so far across the shelf that they fell off the other edge and hit James in the head. The force almost knocked James unconscious. He sat down and the loud bang got the worker off the ladder to see what fell. When they saw James they offered him a bucket and made a report. James did not recall leaving the store or how he got home. He did not recall much except being at home depot and getting hit in the head. Home Depot told him that it was a small box of dust masks that hurt him. We discovered it was actually a large box of emergency kits that fell off the shelf.
